દોસ્તનું કહેવાપણું કયાં છે સરળ?
રોજનું મળવાપણું કયાં છે સરળ?
શ્વાસનો દરિયો અને તેમાં વમળ,
તો પછી તરવાપણું કયાં છે સરળ?
જોત જોતામાં ગલી જંગલ બની,
લો, હવે ફરવાપણું કયાં છે સરળ?
ફૂલથી તો બાગનું સૌંદર્ય છે,
ફૂલનું હોવા પણું કયાં છે સરળ?
‘ગુલ’ બુલંદી તો ગમે હર કોઈને,
પણ શિખર ચઢવાપણું કયાં છે સરળ?

It’s not easy to forma a friendship
It’s not easy to meet every day
The ocean of breath is whirlpool
It’s not easy to swim through
The lane has turned into forest
It’s not easy to walk through
The beauty of gardens lies in the flowers
It’s not easy to be a flower
Everybody likes to be at the top
It’s not easy to surmount the peak
